automaticanalysis (aa)
A modular, extendible, Matlab-based system for neuroimaging analysis, with efficient workflows including cluster support. It was originally written by Rhodri Cusack and is now contributed to by a group of collaborators.

diffeomorphic warping
A script to distort images using diffeomorphic warping, which preserves many of the visual features of the image while removing recognisability. Work with Bobby Stojanoski.

A tool to robustly unwrap phase images.

scanner noise cancellation
A tool for cancelling the noise of the scanner from audio recordings taken in the MRI. It exploits the precise regularity of the MRI scanner to perform cancellation.
